To help keep you and your business up to date with technology, I’ve decided to take on the expense of these consistent hardware upgrades while giving you peace of mind. I’m always looking to add more and more value into these packages so I’ll look after the backup of the servers and the monitoring; so many of the mundane daily tasks away from you and your staff. This solution enables you to harness cutting edge technology and stay on that edge without the need to continuously upgrade servers and hardware.
The way it works is, we take your current server, virtualise it and host it on Right Click IT state of the art hardware that has been designed with speed in mind. We then setup a server for you and your staff to connect into with all your applications (virtual desktop infrastructure). We maintain and secure both servers and give you unlimited remote support for you and your staff.
Here is some information on our server hosted program:
- Internet Connection would be a high speed 10MB up and 10MB down connection at our centre (this means fast for you to access)
- Internet downloads included in the package would be 20GB (unlimited from 5:30pm till 8:30am (we monitor this and will adjust accordingly.)
- All hardware at the Right Click IT Melbourne centre is covered by Uninterrupted Power Supply
- Security on the software and server is covered by Trend Micro Deep Security protection
- Physical security, site is protected by smart card access, back to base alarm and onsite security
- Site is also climate controlled to protect server hardware
- Hardware redundancy on many aspects and hot swappable parts
- Servers are also covered by high availability software that enables servers to move around hardware in the event that something needs to be replaced and the physical server turned off this means your server will not know the difference and behave as normal
- Servers are also replicated using disaster recovery technology to another highly secured data centre.
- Maintenance will be covered on the server every month on this contract.
Server hosting would be $1,000 per month on a 12 month contract.
I’ll also provide a terminal server with:
- All your frequently used applications.
- I’ll also make sure you have the the latest version of MS Office available too.
